Her background includes working with USF’s Student Health Services and alongside local physicians, where she developed a strong foundation in both patient-centered care and operational execution.

Throughout her career, Yazmyne has successfully implemented scalable systems, optimized processes, and enhanced cross-functional collaboration to improve overall performance. She is known for her ability to identify inefficiencies, develop practical solutions, and execute strategies that support sustainable growth and increased profitability.

Yazmyne holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating operational structures that empower both staff and patients to achieve better outcomes.
